Terms and Conditions for Registration
Thank you for choosing to register for the Midinnings Trainned course. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing your registration. By proceeding with the registration, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Registration Process
Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria outlined on the course details page to register for the program.
Application: All applicants must complete the registration form and submit necessary documents (if required).
Interview and Examination: All applicants are required to attend an interview and examination to confirm their suitability for the course.
2. Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee is required to complete the application process. This fee ensures your place in the program and covers administrative costs.
Registration Fee: Rs. 500
Refund Policy: The registration fee is non-refundable, even if the applicant decides not to attend the program or cancels their application after submission.
3. Training Fees
Training Fees: The training fee for each course is INR 50,000.
The training fee covers the entire course and includes course materials, mentorship, and access to hands-on projects.
Training fees are due before the course begins and must be paid in full to secure your seat in the program.
Payment Deadline: The full training fee must be paid 7 Days prior to the commencement of the course.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Once the training fee is paid, it is non-refundable, except in cases where the course is canceled by Midinnings Trainned due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation by Midinnings Trainned, a full refund of the training fee will be issued.
If a student wishes to withdraw from the course after commencement, the training fee will not be refunded, and the student will not be entitled to any compensation.
5. Course Modifications
Midinnings Trainned reserves the right to modify the course schedule, curriculum, or faculty based on unforeseen circumstances.
Students will be notified of any changes in advance.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional demeanor during training, both in online and in-person sessions.
Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate expulsion from the course without a refund.
7. Job Placement Assistance
Midinnings Trainned provides job placement assistance to all eligible graduates. However, job placement is not guaranteed and is subject to the student’s performance, industry requirements, and available opportunities.
8. Data Privacy
By registering, students consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for the purposes of course enrollment, job placement assistance, and program communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
Midinnings Trainned is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by students during the course or in relation to the course content, materials, or external interactions related to the program.
